Pollution Control System |
We offer to our clients a wide range of air pollution control equipments, which helps in successfully eliminating a wide range of pollutants, which are known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Some of the compounds it is effective against include fumes, odors, gases and vapors. Based on the amount of airflow & type of VOCs being emitted, we custom develop these air pollution control systems.
Our air pollution control devices include:
• Fabric Filters: They are made from tightly woven fabric and are used to sieve flue gas and collect particulate.
• Wet scrubbers: Our venturi scrubbers are effective against acid gas & SO2 controls and feature low efficiencies for smaller particles.
• NOx controls: They help in the selective catalytic reduction which helps in controlling emissions of nitrogen oxide from stationary sources & selective non-catalytic reduction, which helps in changing oxides of nitrogen (NOx) into molecular nitrogen (N2).
• Electrostatic precipitators: It uses electrical fields for removing particulate from boiler fuel gas and utilizes grounded electrodes known as collection plates for ionizing & capturing dust particles from contaminated air.

Roof ventilator recalculates are multi-purpose power roof ventilators.
They are suggested for use in commercial and industrial applications where there is sufficient ceiling height to create a temperature differential between the floor and ceiling.
These applications include factories, warehouses and large commercial buildings.
These Roof ventilator recalculates function as normal power roof ventilators in warmer weather and as an energy saving recirculation system in cold weather.
Each unit is equipped with a reversible fan that redistributes warm ceiling air throughout the plant and reduces the building's heating requirement. With the flip of a switch, it can function as a conventional roof ventilator.

Rotary airlocks are important components of pneumatic conveying systems. Rotary airlock is also known as rotary valve, rotary feeder or airlock feeder. The main function of a rotary valve is to control flow of bulk solids from silo, mixer, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum conditions.
Application Areas
Silo Discharge:
The rotary valve placed under the silo or dust collection system is used to control the bulk solid discharge.
Dosage Control:
By controlling the rotation speed of the airlock feeder, volumetric metering and dosing of granular solids is achieved.
Pneumatic Transportation:
The airlock mounted under a cyclone is used for discharging the cyclone.
Pneumatic Transportation:
Rotary valves mounted under cyclones, silos or hoppers are used to feed the pneumatic conveying line.

The System is made up of a hot air generator which forces the hot filtered air into the hydraulic circuit.hot filtered air generator is installed to force the hot filtered air into the wash chamber.
The system supplies hot filtered air to the internal hydraulic circuits, directing the jet on the internal surfaces of the materials washed through the spigots of the trolleys of the direct injection system.The maximum temperature of the hot air is 100°C: the drying time can be adjusted from 10 to 60 minutes and the temperature from 60°C to 100°C in all the 30 programs.The Drying System is particularly efficient and quick for the drying of narrow necked glassware, round bottom flasks, bottles, conical flasks and pipettes. Thanks to the direct injection on to the internal surfaces , humidity is easily and quickly eliminated
